TheAdidas Ultraboost hiking shoe is a great shoe, just not for really serious hiking. The shoe does not adapt well to outside conditions and can easily wear out, especially the outer sole when used frequently in outdoor conditions. You will get less support, less boost, and less comfort when using the shoe on hikes, and it gets even worse on
ZX2K boost is more of an aesthetic, casual, life style shoe with boost comfort which is squishy. You can't go wrong with any pair of UBs. They're super comfy and have many choices when it comes to colorways. The zx 2k boost however is pretty comfy.
Whilethey excel in all gym and cross-training environments activities like weightlifting and high-intensity training, the Metcon’s stability and cushioning make it suitable for short to moderate-distance runs only. However, if you’re looking for a shoe for your serious running endeavors, the Nike Metcon is not the best shoe for that.
somepeople here vouch for 20 is comfier than 4.0. for running support I agree, but for standing/walking, not for me. my suggestion, try pureboost go if you only do walking, but 4.0 if you do some light running. and 20/21/22 if you do serious running. Unfortunately, if you have flat feet, you need a stiff, supportive shoe — opposite of
